or a large subdivision, our attorneys have the experience and knowledge to assist you. In addition to representing applicants, our attorneys have served in a variety of roles, including as commission members and as municipal attorneys. We have experience in drafting zoning and subdivision regulations.
The firm will also handle appeals from local boards and other land use litigation. Attorney Tracy successfully argued the landmark case of Buttermilk Farms LLC v. Plymouth before the Connecticut Supreme Court and obtained a decision limiting the power of municipalities to require off site road improvements in subdivision applications.
