Attorney Auger is a 2006 graduate, cum laude, of the Quinnipiac University School of Law, and a 2002 graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Attorney Auger practiced exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense for the first 5 years of his legal career, working first as panel counsel to insurance companies and third party administrators at Nuzzo & Roberts, LLC in Cheshire, Connecticut, and then as staff counsel for AIG/Chartis at the Law Offices of Jack V. Genovese II in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Attorney Auger now handles workers’ compensation matters for Furey, Donovan, Tracy & Daly, while handling general litigation matters for the firm as well. Attorney Auger has both settled claims and defended claims to decision, and has appeared before the Commissioners in each of the 8 workers’ compensation districts. Attorney Auger currently resides in East Hartford, Connecticut and enjoys basketball, weight training, biking, and reading in his spare time.
