Special Drivers Permits

If you have lost your privilege to drive do to an arrest for an alcohol related event you may be entitled to a special permit that would allow you to drive to work and/or school. Below are the forms to apply for these special drivers permits. Do to the time it frequently takes to process applications we suggest you apply as soon as you are arrested for an alcohol related event. It is imperative that you not drive while your license is suspended for an alcohol related event until you receive your special drivers permit. It is equally important that you only drive for the narrow purpose for which the special permit was issued. Not everyone is eligible for these special permits.

Work permit (form number A62)

School permit (form number P225)

UPDATED: New fee for applying for work/school permits
